Senate Shutdown Vote +3

The Senate passed an invocation of cloture, which means that Democrats will no longer be able to filibuster on the current shutdown and will probably pass a bill to end it in the next day or so.  The associated deal would fund the entire government through the end of January, and specific agencies through 2026.  Democrats only get the promise of a healthcare vote in the Senate and the reversal of about 4000 government firings in return, which has some outraged.  The House would then have to pass the exact same bill, which is far from guaranteed, in order for Trump to be able to sign it and actually end the shutdown.  American equity futures indicate that those markets like the news.
